The action starts off with Aspen, Colorado's Chris Steele taking on Newfoundland's T-Bone in the squared circle. Noticeable by their collective absence is The Army of Darkness as "Sex Appeal" Steele entered the arena by himself! Is this foreshadowing of the current status of Stampede's most brutally efficient faction?
The next match on the card sees The Wonderboy, Chucky, taking on one half of the Internation Tag Team Champions, the behemoth, Juggernaut in a spirited display of athleticism and skill. A member of The Young Lions, Chucky consistently displays his incredible talent and potential match in and match out, showing that the future of Stampede Wrestling's home-grown talent is quite secure. Young Chucky Blaze really surprises Juggernaut as he takes it to the big man!
The Army of Darkness finally make their collective appearance in the ring, minus their leader, Dirty Duke Durrango. North American Heavyweight Champ Apocalypse grabs the mic and explains to the crowd that since Durrango was absent, he had nobody to wrestle on this night, so the title would not be defended. That is, until Chris Steele steps up and requests/demands a title shot in Duke's place. The next match-up pits former New Karachi Vice members, the "new" "A-Team", consisting of Avery and Adonis against the remaining members of the Vice, Tiger Raj Sing and Gama Singh, Jr. Both teams are in the hunt and and very hungry to gain the International Tag Titles. The winners of this contest takes a giant leap towards facing Pyro Pete Wilson and Juggernaut for the title straps.
The main event is next up with "Sex Appeal" Chris Steele facing off against fellow Army of Darkness member Apocalypse for the North American Heavyweight Title.
