As reported earlier today, "The Marine" starring John Cena is estimated as doing $2.25 million in its opening night last night, opening at No. 6 overall. At the moment, the movie is not meeting projections as the film will likely hit $6.5 million overall for the weekend based on the Friday night numbers. This will no doubt come off as a big disappointment as Cena was not able to draw anyone new except for the usual wrestling fan base.
