Shane Giles sent in the following report:

Here is more news and a full (as possible) report on Bret Hart's interview with WLR FM which I sent in earlier.

Bret was welcomed to the show and introduced as a former "WWF" wrestler. The host then began talking about Bret's wrestling career around the world and asked the Hitman if he missed the lifesytle at all. Bret replied by saying that there are somethings he doesn't miss at all and other things he really does miss, like "spending time with the boys."

The host asked Bret if he had any yearning to return to the ring. Bret said he sometimes gets "itchy feet watching guys like kurt(angle) and chris benoit."

Bret was asked about his thoughts on Kurt Angle's signing with TNA and said that he thought it was a great move by TNA because there is "no finer wrestler in the world than Kurt." He then said if he had one last match left in him, it would be with Kurt! The host then asked Bret what would be his response if TNA bosses contacted him about working with Kurt. Bret simply stated that if it was "constructive and good for the direction of the company" he'd consider it. But he also said that "if you mean a match...I wouldn't think so."

On the topic of WWE and it's current product Bret admits he doesn't watch WWE programming any more, but said that he appreciates the style of TNA's wrestling more than WWE's current style.

Bret then stated that his feeling towards Vince Mcmahon have "thawed somewhat" over the years and said that going through something like he went through (his stroke) makes you realize what is important. Although he hasn't spoken with Vince since the Hall of Fame (in April). He went on to talk about his family growing up and a lot about his father Stu.

Bret then discussed his upcoming autobiography saying that writing it helped him deal with some stuff that had been on his mind for some time and said it was great help to him when he was recovering from his stroke. Bret said he wanted the book out by the end of the year but that probably wasn't going to happen and it's more likely going to be out around February or March 2007.
