On Wednesday, October 18, 2006 at 11:25 PM EST The Wrestling Observer is reporting that last night's 10/17 edition of ECW on Sci Fi drew a final 1.6 cable rating. That is down from last week's 1.8 rating. We hope to have more details on this rating soon.
