Spike TV happy with primetime debut, executives at Genesis, and Borash
On Tuesday, November 21, 2006 at 3:00 PM EST As noted earlier this week, Spike TV was said to have been thrilled with the rating TNA pulled for iMPACT! last Thursday in the shows two hour primetime debut. While TNA was said to be disappointed with the number internally, the company understands there is still time to build up from that number.
Executives from Spike TV, Midway Games and Marvel (who TNA has a toy license with) were all in attendance at the Genesis PPV this past Sunday night. Most were in the front row seating near TNA President Dixie Carter.
Jeremy Borash did not work as the backstage interviewer at TNA's TV tapings last night in Orlando, FL. TNA instead went with a new female interviewer (no word on who it was). Borash did interactive with the Orlando crowd during the tapings on the mic however.
