Bret Hart in "Aladdin" production in Ottawa, TNA & WWE feature + ROH
On Sunday, November 26, 2006 at 7:58 PM EST Terry Mathis sent this in: It appears that Movie Entertainment magazine, which is distributed to Star Choice subscribers every month, is advertising Aladdin:The Magical Family Musical starring Bret Hart will be coming to Ottawa's Congress Centre December 26th and ending December 31st. I say appears due to the fact that Bret Hart is pictured in the advertisement, but his name does not appear with the picture, nor is it included in the Congress Centre advertisement. Then again, nobody else has a name in there either.
Tim Enlow sent this in: Hey, I was just watching tv and here on Comcast Channel 2 (local Charleston channel), The Spot whis is a show about Florida's Nightlife and Entertainment came on with a segment about TNA. What started it all was a scene inside a office cubical with one of the girls playing with a Undertaker figure and another figure I couldn't make out. It then shot to Lindsey who talked with TNA's Samoa Joe, Christy Hemme, and Jeff Jarrett. Joe was asked mainly about if wrestling was fake or not. He said you can't fake a fall. He then said the guys (wrestlers) hate it when a match is called "fixed" but likes it to be called "pre-determined". They both laughed. A shot in the locker room came to Christy Hemme's question which was more related to her being a female among males. Hemme said that the guys were more like brothers to her and said everyone is a big family. That segment wen off and next came a shot in what looked like a gym. Another girl, April, then came on and interviewed WWE's Big Show. Show mainly made jokes which didn't last long about getting a date in high school. His segment was more about his height than anything. Show was asked about his moves which ended up with his hand around April's neck and the other hand on her waist and lifted her up. The two then was shown laughing. The TV show then went on to talk about Sumo Wrestling and the two girls put on sumo suits and wrestled each other which was funny.
Jason sent this in regarding our earlier report about ROH DVD's being removed off the ROH website: I obviously don’t know the inner workings of ROH, but DVD’s are removed from the store when they are sold out. When they are back in stock, they will reappear online. That is likely what happened to the above list.
