WWE helps USA Network get to #1, Mr. Kennedy & Smackdown tapings
On Saturday, December 2, 2006 at 4:38 PM EST PWInsider reports that with the help of WWE Monday Night Raw, the USA Network finished as the top rated network on basic cable in primetime for the month of November.
