NOTE: There is a small spoiler regarding the airing of tonight's ECW on Sci Fi in this post. Given the importance of this news, we didn't feel it was necessary to label this as a "spoiler" post because of that small spoiler. So, if you don't want to be spoiled about ECW tonight, don't read any further.

With The Big Show losing the ECW Title to Bobby Lashley at the December to Dismember PPV this Sunday and then losing a rematch for the title taped last night (to air tonight on Sci Fi), it indicates he is close, if not all but done with the WWE at this point.

New reports are stating that Big Show could possibly work an upcoming overseas tour for the company and after that it will mark the end of his WWE career. He has reportedly indicated to WWE management that he needs time off for physical problems (mostly his back) and that it his very unlikely he will return to resume a full-time schedule.

Big Show's contract with WWE expires in Feburary of next year and he reportedly has little to no interest in signing a new deal to return to WWE. At this point in his life, he is said to be financially set and ready for a new lifestyle that will involve less travel and stress. It is also no secret that he realizes he won't live much longer if he continues to live the way he has been in gaining weight and eating on the road all the time. He does have many options to look at post-WWE as he may seek out acting opportunities or simply relax for the time being. The possibility of working limited wrestling dates for another group is strong, which could mean either a group in Japan or TNA. We will continue to follow this situation as it develops.
