WWE.com is reporting that WWE Intercontinental Champion Jeff Hardy will be facing Joey Mercury in a "Raw vs. Smackdown" challenge match tonight on Monday Night Raw. Hardy's Intercontinental Title will not be on the line.

Also slated for Raw tonight is Shawn Michaels being scheduled to kick off the show, more between WWE Champion John Cena and Umaga and the final hype heading into the Royal Rumble PPV this Sunday.
