On Wednesday, February 21, 2007 at 4:42 PM EST According to PWInsider, former WWE Champion Brock Lesnar will make his long awaited MMA debut fighting for K-1's offshoot promotion HEROES on May 19 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Lesnar has been training for some time now after leaving New Japan Pro wrestling and declining an offer from WWE to return to the company. There are still rumors making the rounds that UFC has interest in possibly bringing in Lesnar down the line. Considering how strong UFC business is right now, that could be a very strong move for Lesnar if his MMA debut is impressive.
