May 27th is getting closer, and closer as Bayou Independent prepares for there debut show in West Monroe, Louisiana at the West Monroe Sports Complex on North 7th Street

BIW hits radio, newspaper, and television next week. Get your tickets now at Coldwell Banker Group One, or Clint's Comics because they are going quick, already over 100 pre sold for the show. You don't want to miss the first show, we promise you later you will regret it.

Why are they going quick ?

Because this will be the first Independent Wrestling show in ten years for West Monroe, and the simple fact the card looks amazing. Top talent from all over the south lined up for the May show.

Andy Dalton will take on the Angel of Sin in the first ever BIW match. This match will go down in history as what started it all off. Both these men know this match will always be remembered, and want to make a good first impression. Dalton will try to use his ring smarts, and craftiness, while Angel of Sin will try to use his great power advantage, and the fans support. Only one of them can be remembered as the winner of the first ever BIW match up.

From there we go into tag team action as Tag Team specialist Joey Spector teams with the "Natural" Mark Wilson to take on the Louisiana group known as State of Emergency. The group consist of three people, Braydin Payge, Bobby Von Neil, and Jordan . .. Which two of the three will it be ? Nobody is sure, as of today not even the State of Emergency themselves were sure giving us a simple shrug when we asked them. This will be Louisiana versus Texas, and we know when that happens things get fired up.

Kris Katera will then try to steal the show as he has done many times over in the East Texas area as he takes on Chance from Georgia, Louisiana. Chance will not be alone however as he is bringing the lovely Veronica Ludart with him. This duo has evil plans on there mind, and Katera will have to not only watch out for Chance, but Veronica as well

There will be a Special Question & Answer with the one and only DR DEATH STEVE WILLIAMS . .. .Need we say more ? Well we will. This is your chance Louisiana to come out, and see the legendary Dr Death in person. This is your chance to ask him a question, and get a response. This is your chance to show your appreciation to a man who helped make wrestling in the South popular.

Former WWE superstar Rodney Mack will then have a handicap match against Chad Thomas, and Tony Moralles. Yea, Rodney is brave enough to take on two men in his BIW debut. Thomas has promised us he will bring his A game, but Moralles on the other hand has said he might send somebody else to do his dirty work, not really as interested as the young Chad Thomas when it comes to locking horns with Rodney. We at BIW can't say that we blame him.

Then in the main event there will be a NO DQ match between two of the best workers in the business. We don't care if you look at the South, The east coast, the west coast, or overseas these are two of the best in the business. Jeremy Young will go one on one with Mike Foxx in what promises to be a memorable main event.

Plus tons of surprises.

WWE Legend BRUTUS THE BARBER BEEFCAKE will be appearing for both shows. It will be THE BARBERS first appearance in Ontario in over 5 years.
