PWInsider is reporting that Christopher Daniels officially finished his run with Ring of Honor at the promotions event in Chicago Ridge, Illinois last night. Daniels cut a heel promo where he praised TNA and "quit" Ring of Honor after wrestling Erick Stevens to a draw.

Many in attendance said it was a strong heel promo which saw Daniels claim that he wished he had never returned to ROH after TNA pulled him from the promotion and said he was going to have his own "Farewell Tour" (which was playing off Samoa Joe's farewell run in ROH) stating that it would end when he walked up the aisle and returned to the backstage area.

This was not the start of a new storyline as Daniels is officially done with Ring of Honor as of last night. According to reports, Daniels will now focus on TNA and other independent bookings made through TNA. We are looking for reports from the show last night in Chicago Ridge if anyone attended.
