PWInsider is reporting that there has been some talk about Austin Aries requesting a release from TNA. Aries, who goes under the name Austin Starr in the company, was suspended for 90 days by TNA after the company's Lockdown PPV in April and was later pulled from Ring of Honor when that company announced plans to debut on Pay Per View this July. Other independent companies like PWG also severed ties with TNA to use their talent, leaving Aries with a limited amount of options to work. So, he is left in a very interesting situation.

"The Road to Sacrifice" special will air this Saturday night on Spike TV at Midnight ET/11:00pm CT following the replay of iMPACT! this week.
