On Wednesday, May 9, 2007 at 12:24 AM EST WWE.com has confirmed that CM Punk vs. Elijah Burke has now been added to the card for the Judgment Day PPV on Sunday, May 20 in St. Louis, Missouri.

ECW Championship - 3 on 1 Handicap Match
- Vince McMahon (c), Shane McMahon & Umaga vs. Bobby Lashley.
WWE United States Championship - 2 out of 3 Falls Match
- Chris Benoit (c) vs. MVP.
- CM Punk vs. Elijah Burke.
