Valley Championship Wrestling returns to Mountain Top, PA on Friday July 20th!
September is a long ways away.. especially for Joey Davino. On September 29th of last year, Joey Davino put his VCW title on the line against Matt Turner's VWA title to finally decide a VCW/VWA Unified Champion. Turner was able to outlast Davino, but the call to end the match was very questionable. Davino never saw a rematch for the VWA Unified title, even after scoring a pinfall victory over Jerry Durling (January 6th) and most recently winning a tag match over Shane Storm & Tuck Hanson (w/ Bruno; June 1st). VCW's new president, Aries, has decided to right the wrong and award Joey Davino his shot at the VWA Unified Championship when we return to the Wright Twp. Firehall on Friday July 20th!
On June 1st, "Wildthing" Mike Vaughn was the recipient of an attack by his former best friend and newest member of the New Jersey All Stars, Jerry Durling. So on July 20th, Mike Vaughn and his partners in Camp Aries (Shane Storm & Tuck Hanson) have challenged the New Jersey All Stars to a 6-man tag match! .. Also, just announced today, the Diamond City Hooligans' Eric Pinhat, will be in a singles competition facing off against Ritch "The Banger" Howe.
Tickets will be on sale this weekend at the Wright Twp. Fireman's Bazaar (Mountain Top, PA) starting Friday June 8th and running to Sunday June 10th! Also, check out our website to see when and where the VCW wrestlers and staff will be over the next month!

Renegade Promotions PRESS RELEASE
Thursday June 7th 2007
10:46 AM
Please distribute to all industry insiders for immediate release
In today's society MySpace has become an entity that unless you live under a rock you can't escape. It has taken over not only the online community, but is covered almost daily by vast media outlets, and has even crept into every day conversation. Try and recall the last time you had a conversation with someone and MySpace wasn't brought up. Go ahead we'll wait.
With that said Pro Wrestling is no exception. Promotions and Wrestlers alike have given up traditional advertising and marketing and put more focus on promoting themselves and their image more to the ever growing MySpace Community. Many have seen much success. The question is however at what cost. Promotional profiles link to the personal pages of the workers they employ as well as workers looking to get their names out. What is the big deal with networking you ask. NOTHING. But there is indeed a downside. Most of these personal pages go directly against the "gimmick" illustrated by said performer. How many times have you viewed a profile of the biggest baddest heel in a promotion to see he likes puppies and long walks on the beach? THEREFORE IT'S NOW OFFICIAL. Vince McMahon didn't kill kayfabe. MYSPACE killed Kayfabe.
Now you, YES YOU can be a part of rewriting history, and at the same time become fashion forward. Be one of the first to own your very own MYSPACE KILLED KAYFABE t-shirts (currently only available in black). Pre-Sales are now being taken in all sizes at the one time only price of $15. After this promotional period all shirts will be $20. Show your industry pride, and start a NEW trend. Order your shirts now, before time runs out.
