WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP ANNOUNCEMENT COMING SOON

In the aftermath of the 1PW World Heavyweight Championship situation at Know Your Enemy, where current champion Ulf Herman escaped with his championship belt, fending off challenges from Abyss, Doug Williams and Sterling James Keenan, the 1PW Board has promised a decision on a championship defence for Invincible by the end of this week.

Former two time champion Abyss still has not lost , and has in fact only ever suffered one pin fall loss since A Cruel Twist of Fate back in October 2005, so clearly, he is still a top contender for the belt.

Sterling James Keenan, despite coming up short in two championship matches this past weekend, has still not been beaten decisively too, and is known to be campaigning 1PW Officials for one more shot at the belt he considers his destiny to hold. The 1PW Board are said to be sympathetic to Sterling’s case, noting all that he has done for 1PW, however 1PW GM Adam Curtis is known to be objecting any future title shots for SJK. 1PWOnline.com got comments from Mr Curtis …

“ That idiot SJK has now chocked it twice in championship matches, and I fail to see how this qualifies him to receive yet another title shot. OK, so the first shot, the damage to SJK was done by Abyss, and Ulf fell on top of him for the pin fall, and the second shot, Ulf Herman grabbed a handful of tights to score the controversial pin fall, but as they say, a win is a win, and I don’t think Sterling deserves another title shot. I still have not forgot the MK Ultras I received at the hands of SJK, and I plan very much to get my own way on this issue “

Mr Curtis is scheduled to meet up with 1PW Owner Steven Gauntley, along with the 1PW Board, this coming week, to reach an amicable decision. One thing we know for sure is that Ulf Herman will have to continue trying to dodge the bullets, as he will make a 1PW Championship defence at Invincible, we just do not know again whom, or in what type of match yet.
A decision and subsequent announcement is promised by this coming weekend.

TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP SITUATION

As noted by 1PW Owner Steven Gauntley on the 1PW Fan Forum, 1PW are still considering their options in terms of retrieving the 1PW World Tag Team Title Belts, that were stolen by ex employee’s The Damned Nation at Invincible. Steven has publicly stated that if Damned Nation return the belts to 1PW before this weekend, no further action will be taken against them, however, one would have to question if Dragon Aisu, Gabriel Grey and Majik would go to this much trouble to steal the belts in the first place if they were planning to just hand them back so easily.

1PW recognises The Dragon Hearts unit of Spud and Luke Phoenix as the rightful and official 1PW World Tag Team Champions. 1PWOnline.com got comments from Spud : “ I don’t know what 1PW plans to do about this, but as for myself and Luke, we would be prepared to fight the Damned Nation any place, any time, to prove to them what everyone in 1PW knows, that the Damned Nation are a laughing stock, and are just not good enough to be in 1PW. They do say possession is nine tenths of the law, but one tenth is good enough for me, because no matter what Damned Nation do, mine and Luke’s names are in the record books at the rightful champions “

1PWOnline.com promises a further announcement on this delicate and potentially explosive situation by this weekend.

AUSTIN ARIES SIGNED TO FACE DARKSIDE IN HUGE SINGLES BOUT

1PW today has announced that the returning Austin Aries has signed on the dotted line to face Darkside one on one at Invincible. Aries, who has expressed interest to 1PW Officials to become a permanent 1PW roster member following his departure from TNA, still remembered his altercations and originally planned match with Darkside from last year, and jumped at the chance to get in there with the cocky youngster at Invincible, upon his return to 1PW. Could Darkside use the match with Aries to springboard his promising career into the stratosphere, or will the returning hero Aries make an example out of the self proclaimed saviour of 1PW, Dark side ? We shall all find out at Invincible

WILL THE CHAVS FINALLY DIE AT INVINCIBLE

The mega popular ass kicking duo Pain Inc have had their fair share of problems with The despised Chavs. At Know Your Enemy Pain Inc had promised to end the Chavs careers in the Street Fight, but after Ruffneck was taken out of the match by missing a spear, and flying off the stage face first through a table, the Chavs were able to defeat Joey Hayes with a fire extinguisher shot to the face. Pain Inc had promised to kill the Chavs, but it just did not go down like that, and the bad blood is boiling over. 1PWOnline caught up with Ruffneck, who said

“ At Invincible, whether 1PW makes a match or not, myself and Joey are going to do everyone a favour and eliminate the Chavs from 1PW for good. We are going to kill them, and make it hurt. We demand one more shot at those dirty bastard chavs, and I swear, if we do not get the job done, I will quit professional wrestling “ 1PW Officials are currently considering whether to sanction one more match between the teams, because lets face it, we would all love to see the Chavs die !!!!

JAMES WALLACE EURO TOUR IN FULL SWING

The brand new 1PW Open Weight Champion James Wallace, who ( at Know Your Enemy ) beat Pac by tap out and sent the young superstar packing from 1PW for the time being, has been proudly defending his newly won gold on a European Tour. Wallace has so far made five successful defences of the title in Belgium, with more results coming in every day. Wallace intends to show everyone what a real champion conducts himself like and is said to have commented about Pac “ You know, I’m going to show up Pac for his lacklustre and passionless title reign. There is an old saying, that goes, never forget where you came from, because if you do, you will never make it where your headed, and I think that is what Pac has done. I told him to his face at Know Your Enemy, that he is a yellow chicken sh*t bastard, and if he ever dare return to 1PW I will show him all over again that I am the superior fighter, athlete and wrestler then him “
1PW Officials are said to be hard at work signing an opponent for Wallace at Invincible. 1PW GM Adam Curtis proposed a title defence against Cult Hero G-Man, but 1PW Officials nixed this immediately, citing that Curtis was trying to provide easy competition for Wallace, and in turn promised to bring in a top International name to face Wallace for the belt.
