Lawsuit between Diamond Dallas Page - Jay-Z close to settlement; info
On Friday, July 13, 2007 at 6:04 PM EST PWInsider is reporting that the trademark infringement lawsuit brought by Diamond Dallas Page against rapper Jay-Z is reportedly close to a settlement according to recent court documents filed in the United States District Court of California, Central District.
Both sides came to a settlement "in principle" on June 15 and are expected to present that settlement to the court on August 10. For those who may not remember, DDP brought a lawsuit against Jay-Z saying that his "Diamond Cutter" hand gesture had been infringed when Jay-Z used it in a number of business projects.
