PWInsider is reporting that TNA Wrestling filed for trademarks on the terms "Black Machismo" and "Shake and Break" on June 15.
It is also being reported by PWI that Jess Ward, who has worked for TNA as a producer for many years and was a contestant on WWE's Tough Enough series, has now been let go by the company. According to reports, Ward had gotten suspended by TNA when some videos she made to help announcer Leticia Cline on her goal to win a Maxim Magazine contest that featured other TNA stars in parodies of movies like "Basic Instinct" and "Risky Business" showed up on YouTube. As a result, the company made a decision to not bring her back. Ward was considered a very hard worker by some and would put in lots of hours working on production pieces when needed. She was also known for having very strong opinions and wasn't shy in voicing them, which in the world of wrestling isn't exactly looked upon nicely. Ward was said to have been well liked by all wrestlers that had worked with her.
