Update on the criminal case being brought against Dr. Phil Astin & more
On Saturday, July 21, 2007 at 4:09 PM EST PWInsider is reporting that on July 18, Judge Jack T. Camp officially ordered that prosecutors will have until August 9 to handle discovery in the criminal case against Chris Benoit's physician Dr. Phil Astin.
The "discovery" part would obviously be in regards to any research needed prior to filing potential additional charges against Astin beyond the current counts he has against him already. Astin's defense will have until August 30 to file any pre-trial motions.
