On Thursday, August 2, 2007 at 2:02 PM EST PWInsider is reporting that the Tuesday 7/31 edition of ECW on Sci Fi this week drew a final 1.3 cable rating according to Nielsen Media Research. This is the same number the show has been averaging for the last three weeks.
