We're now less than two weeks away from the UNION's Toronto debut, BORN AGAIN, and the excitement is growing. Tickets are moving briskly and the wrestling fans of Southern Ontario are talking about the huge grudge match main event that will pit ECW Original STEVE CORINO against upstart indy star STERLING JAMES KEENAN. From the United States to the United Kingdom to the streets of Toronto, this battle has been brewing for almost 2 years and now it explodes with an all-out brawl at UIPW's BORN AGAIN.

Here's a rundown of the complete card...

The UNION of INDEPENDENT PROFESSIONAL WRESTLERS presents "BORN AGAIN" on Saturday September 8th 2007 at Royal Canadian Legion Hall #101 in Toronto, Ontario. Doors open at 630pm. Bell time is 7pm. The Legion Hall is located at 3850 Lake Shore Blvd West , midway between Dixie Road and Brown's Line and directly adjacent to both the Long Branch GO station and the TTC's Long Branch Loop.

The event is open to ALL AGES, but for those 19 and older, the Legion Hall includes a FULLY LICENSED BAR. Fans are reminded to bring valid ID and encouraged to use public transit if they plan to purchase alcohol.

THE RUMOR MILL IS RUNNING HOT!!!

As mentioned briefly in last week's interview with STERLING JAMES KEENAN (available now for you to read at www.wrestlersunion.ca), rumors have been circulating in and around The Union that SJK may be looking to surround himself "an entourage" to handle his dirty work. Keenan denies the rumors but the UNION Office has received several calls, seemingly from the same woman, in regards to a trio of UNION Workers, including Sterling James Keenan.

We phoned Keenan directly this afternoon to ask him who this woman was and if this was his way of signaling the creation of a new stable of wrestlers. Keenan replied with four words and then hung up. The words? "Blood. Death. Sex. Magic."

THE UNION IS ON THE WEB!

Looking for more Union-related fun online? The Union is expanding its presence on the internet and we're hoping you'll join us. Check out photos and videos. Connect with Union Workers and fans. Bbush023 sent this report in:

Hi, I just wanted to let you know I was working Ring Crew and Crowd Control @ the Ball Park Brawl last Thursday and here are some notes from the event.

Mae Young and Fabulous Moolah no showed due to death in family, yet were on Raw Monday.

The ring was initially set up in the parking lot on main street for the pre-show but was cancelled due to heavy rain and thunderstorm, then the Bisons game was cancelled so Chris Hill told us we needed to set it up in the parking lot which I feel totally diminished the crowd. (only around 2-300 hundred people).

The turnbuckles and ropes snapped several times during matches including Beefcake, Gail Kims and others causing the crew to work around the action and the wrestlers to stall on the mic for several minutes each time.

Very chaotic backstage due to the rain and not knowing what the outcome was going to be.

Crowd really got into it while we were setting up the ring and one fan had several spots with Steve Corino even getting his shirt pulled of him by Corino and Reyes.

Last Wednesday the fan in the masterlock challenge was John Machesnie from NWA Upstate along with several other NWA Upstate talent used in matches with Mark Henry and Val Venis.

Overall great show, no injuries except a very bad bump by Dusty taker in opening battle royal. Crowd loved it and looking forward to next year.
