ProWrestlingUnplugged.com

PWU Owner Tod Gordon announced a PWU Tag Team Title Match for the 3rd Anniversary event today at ProWrestlingUnplugged.com.

Gordon has mandated that the number one contenders Teddy Fine and Drew Blood, collectively known as "The Bosom Buddies" will be getting their first ever shot at the gold currently being worn around the waists of The SAT (Jose and Joel Maximo). The Buddies are fan favorites in Philly, and the SAT are nothing of the sort, so this match promises to be hard hitting, action packed, and full of fan support. Teddy and Drew will also be walking PWU's Red Carpet which begins in the back parking lot of the New Alhambra A! rena at a few minutes before 6pm. Also just announced on ProWrestlingUnplugged.com is news concerning the PWU womens division, find out which British female wrestler makes her PWU debut on September 15th at "The Diamond Anniversary".

Funk's Corner - More from Wrestling Megafest 2007

Turnbuckle Promotions Wrestling MegaFest 2007 was a reunion for many of the Legends of Professional Wrestling. Terry Funk and I re-unite with Jimmy Hart, the Funks manager in the 80's when we were working for WWE. Being with Jimmy this past weekend brings back memories of Wrestlemania II.

Terry and Jimmy talk about who their favorites are in the entertainment world. Jimmy refers to Terry Funk as the, "Will Rogers of Professional Wrestling." Terry refers to himself as the Walter Mathau of professional wrestling. J. J. Dillon joins the conversation. In 1969 I faced J. J. Dillon in the Scope Arena in Norfolk Virginia wrestling him for the NWA World Championship. After facing Dillon, I recommended him to the Amarillo Territory where in the words of J. J. Dillon, it was his favorite place to work in the business. J. J. also has some comments on his rival in the Amarillo Territory, Dick Murdoch.

It is all on !BANG! TV on our website at www.dory-funk.com. Scroll down to Wrestling MegaFest 2007.

In upcoming events, our next !BANG! TV Taping is Sunday September 2nd and on Tuesday September 4th WWE's Dean Malenko will be at the Funking Conservatory to evaluate our wrestling talent.

For information on training schedules, Dean Malenko's appearance and !BANG! TV, Call 352-895-4658 or visit www.dory-funk.com.
