Passenger in Nick Hogan's car could be facing brain damage and history
On Wednesday, August 29, 2007 at 4:30 PM EST RealityTVWorld.com is reporting that John J. Graziano, the 22-year-old that was riding in the passenger seat with Nick "Hogan" Bollea when they got into a car accident hitting a palm tree, is still in critical condition and could possibly be facing brain damage according to his grandmother Catherine.
Graziano is a Marine who recently returned from a tour of duty in Iraq. Eyewitness accounts say Nick Bollea was spotted racing his Toyota Supra against a silver Dodge Viper prior to the accident taking place. Nick hasn't been charged with anything as of yet.
It should be noted that Nick has a history of speeding and was given three speeding tickets last year alone. He was ticketed last September for driving 105 MPH in a 70 MPH zone. In February, he was cited for driving 57 MPH in a 30 MPH zone and in April, he was ticketed for driving 106 MPH in a 70 MPH zone. Another report claims Nick was cited for a fourth speeding ticket on August 10 when he was driving 82 MPH in a 45 MPH zone.
