ProWrestlingUnplugged.com
PWU Owner Tod Gordon announced a PWU Tag Team Title Match for the 3rd Anniversary event today at ProWrestlingUnplugged.com.
Gordon has mandated that the number one contenders Teddy Fine and Drew Blood, collectively known as "The Bosom Buddies" will be getting their first ever shot at the gold currently being worn around the waists of The SAT (Jose and Joel Maximo). The Buddies are fan favorites in Philly, and the SAT are nothing of the sort, so this match promises to be hard hitting, action packed, and full of fan support. Teddy and Drew will also be walking PWU's Red Carpet which begins in the back parking lot of the New Alhambra Arena at a few minutes before 6pm.
Also just announced on ProWrestlingUnplugged.com, British female wrestler Lexx makes her PWU debut on September 15th at "The Diamond Anniversary" as she faces AMY LEE for the PWU Women's Title.
In addition, two former PWU World Heavyweight champions "The International Superstar" Trent Acid and Devon Moore will go one-on-one. But after Devon Moore's snapping turn at "Fan Appreciation Night" where he viciously attacked Too Cold Scorpio after their match, does even Acid know what to expect from this PWU superstar?

MCW KICKOFF CHAOS UPDATE
FORMER NFL PLAYERS MAKE PRO WRESTLING DEBUT SEPT. 9TH IN BALTIMORE
MCW KICKOFF CHAOS
Sunday, September 9th, 2007
MCW Arena @ Northpoint
Dundalk, MD (just outside of Baltimore)
Doors open at 6:45pm, show starts at 7:30pm
*****DOUBLE MAIN EVENT*****
SIX-MAN TAG TEAM MATCH
DANNY DORING, ORLANDO BROWN, & JEFF BLACKSHEAR vs. DANNY JAXX, KELLY BELL, & BUZZ STRYKER
Former ECW World Tag Team Champion, Danny Doring, has announced that his partners for MCW KICKOFF CHAOS, September 9th at the MCW Arena, will be former BALTIMORE RAVENS football players, ORLANDO BROWN & JEFF BLACKSHEAR.
Many know that Brown, the former Offensive Tackle for the Ravens, also played for the Cleveland Browns. But what most do not know is that Brown was almost a WWE superstar. In 1993, Brown declined a $400,000 offer from Vince McMahon's World Wrestling Entertainment, to pursue a career in the National Football League. During one of his first practices, he broke the shoulder of one of his teammates. While he isn't looking to do that when he steps into the ring on September 9th, he will be looking to show his opponents that he is not a person that can be pushed around. In fact, it's safe to say that he will be the one throwing people around. Brown, nicknamed "Zeus," was one of the biggest and strongest linemen in the league at that time (being able to squat 1,000 pounds).
Brown is also known for an incident during a pro football game on December 19, 1999 in which the then-Cleveland Browns player was accidentally hit in the eye by a flag thrown by referee Jeff Triplette. An upset Brown shoved Triplette to the ground, and was forced to sit out three seasons because of the eye injury. Brown overcame that to return to the sport he loved in the city that he loves, giving up a lot of money to play in Baltimore (nearly giving up $13 million)
Playing in the NFL for over a decade, the 6'6" 323 lbs. Blackshear always had a love for pro wrestling. He, along with his Ravens teammates, had made replica championship belts to celebrate their success, and impersonate their favorite wrestlers. Blackshear likes a lot of today's wrestlers, like John Cena. However, his all-time favorite, is the former 16-time World Champion, "Nature Boy" Ric Flair. During his appearance on "The Below The Belt Show" this past Wednesday night (www.belowthebeltshow.com), Blackshear said that people will be surprised by what he and Orlando can and will do on Sept. 9th. And he claims that someone will be on the receiving end of a giant chokeslam.
But, has Doring made a mistake? Doring is putting himself in the hands of 2 inexperienced guys, going against the former MCW Rage TV Champion and former MCW Tag Team Champions. "I am very confident that my team will prevail on 9/9." says Doring. "Jeff & Orlando will handle Phat Blues Inc. for me, leaving me one-on-one with Danny Jaxx. And when that happens, and it will, I will destroy Mr. Jaxx. He, and Phat Blues, will experience pain like they never have before."
Jaxx, on the other hand, is celebrating also. Upon hearing the news from this past Wednesday night, Jaxx feels that Doring is making a huge mistake. "Doring is cocky and over-confident. He knew that I was the star of that championship team. He knew that I carried that team. I am the shining star. And he is the fading one. His career is over. And on September 9th, I will finally put an end to his career, even if I have to run through a bunch of has-been players from one of the worst teams in football to do it. The Ravens suck, and you know it! All Hail the Patriots, Phat Blues, & Creative Control!!!"
For 3 seasons in Baltimore, Brown and Blackshear anchored one of the greatest offensive lines in NFL history. Now, on September 9th, they hope to give Danny Doring the offense he needs to take out Danny Jaxx & Phat Blues, Inc. (Kelly Bell & "Mad Dog" Buzz Stryker). Be there to witness the in-ring wrestling debuts of former Baltimore Ravens players Orlando Brown & Jeff Blackshear, as they team with former MCW Heavyweight & Tag Team, and former ECW World Tag Team Champion Danny Doring, as they face the former MCW Rage TV & Tag Team Champion Danny Jaxx & former MCW Tag Team Champions Phat Blues, Inc.
In addition to Brown & Blackshear, former Baltimore Ravens players - Bennie Thompson & Wally Williams - will also appear at MCW KICKOFF CHAOS. The former pro football players are very excited to be a part of this event. They look forward to meeting all of the fans during this year???s kickoff weekend events. This will be a golden opportunity for wrestling fans and football fans to meet and greet some of the greats in both worlds. Autograph & picture opportunities will be available with the football players and the MCW superstars.
