The following statement was issued on WWE.com late Saturday night:

"WWE has come to terms on the release of WWE Smackdown talent Eugene as of September 1. We wish Eugene the best in all future endeavors."

Side note: Nick Dinsmore's name was not on the "list" of wrestlers found to be involved with Signature Pharmacy.
