According to reports, World Wrestling Entertainment filed a motion earlier this month asking that they receive a default judgment against Dale Gagner's AWA Superstars company due to Gagner not following court instructions and hiring counsel as opposed to representing himself. The motion states that it is illegal for a corporation to represent itself. WWE's legal team has reportedly been frustrated with Gagner's very slowly timed responses to their requests. For those who may remember, WWE is suing Gagner and the AWA Superstars company over trademark infringement and confusion in the marketplace with WWE owning the copyrights and trademarks to Verne Gagne's AWA video library.

WWE creative team member Chris DeJoseph (known to wrestling fans as Big Dick Johnson) was at the OVW TV tapings last night.

Speaking of OVW, K.C. James, who appeared on the Smackdown brand, is now down in OVW as one half of the James Boys tag team.
