Month away from new Wellness policy, talent returning to WWE - more
On Monday, October 1, 2007 at 4:31 PM EST Today marks being a month away from November 1 when World Wrestling Entertainment will publicy reveal any Wellness Test related suspensions within the company. While this will be embarassing for performers who fail any tests from November 1 and on, with pressure from the media at an all-time high it is the only logical thing to do at this point.
As noted yesterday, WWE talent that were suspended for 30 days due to the Signature Pharmacy growth enhancers scandal are returning to the road for the company this week. John Morrison and Chris Masters already worked both Smackdown & ECW House Shows this weekend, while talent such as Umaga and Mr. Kennedy could be returning as early as tonight at Raw.
PWInsider is reporting that one of those returning names might be Snitksy. Although his name didn't come up in the Signature online pharmacy list, Stephanie McMahon did inform talent that there were two suspensions due to drug screening failures. It's been confirmed that Snitsky was among those talent brought to WWE Headquarters in Stamford, CT the week it all went down, so the timing seems to fit.
