On Thursday, October 11, 2007 at 4:27 PM EST According to PWInsider, Dr. Phil Astin, the doctor for Chris Benoit that has been charged with illegally distributing medication to several patients, filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy on October 1. Astin is still expected face additional charges as the investigation continues into his medical records.
