On Tuesday, October 16, 2007 at 7:42 PM EST PWInsider is reporting that last night's 10/15 edition of WWE Monday Night Raw drew a final 3.3 cable rating, which is up from last week's very low 2.8 number. The first hour scored a 3.2 rating, while the second hour scored a 3.4 rating.
