Matt Hardy suffers injury at Smackdown tapings - PPV status uncertain
On Wednesday, October 24, 2007 at 9:23 PM EST The Wrestling Observer is reporting that at last night's Friday Night Smackdown taping in Kansas City, Matt Hardy suffered a 7 inch gash that required 35 stitches in a tag match where he teamed with MVP against Finlay and Rey Mysterio. According to reports, Mysterio's knee brace caught Hardy in the head and he was described as bleeding everywhere - so much so that they had to change the mat because it was covered with so much blood. His status for Cyber Sunday this weekend against MVP is said to be uncertain where fans can vote the two to compete in a wrestling match, boxing match or MMA match.
