Nick Hogan turns himself into police; was drinking night of accident, info
On Wednesday, November 7, 2007 at 4:30 PM EST Nick Hogan (Nick Bollea) turned himself into Clearwater Police earlier this morning and was booked into the Pinellas County Jail.
Clearwater PD revealed in an investigation that Nick was drinking the night of the accident in late August that severely injured his friend/passenger John Graziano. Hogan was reported as going 60 mph in a 40 mph zone when he lost control and hit a tree.
Adam Handelsman, Nick's representative, issued a statement to popular gossip website TMZ.com regarding the criminal charges filed against Nick today in regards to the car accident on August 26, 2007. Believe it or not, the statement seems to blame Graziano for not wearing a seatbelt when Nick was.
