First off love you site. Second I was at the EWF card in Marion this past weekend where Roddy Piper appeared. I don't know where that person got his information but I met Roddy before and during the show and Roddy was the up most professional. And during Pipers in ring commentary Piper countless times put over how important it is for people to support indy wrestling. In fact here is what EWFs website even said about it.

"After intermission, "Rowdy" Roddy Piper came out for "Piper's Pit". Piper talked about how important the independents are and also brought out his son Colt. Then General Lee came out interrupting Piper... the two exchange words, then Lee punches Piper. Lee turns his attention to Colt which brought out Andy Santos comes down to make the save. This brought down Bob who sneak attacked Santos to start their match."

There is no mention about Roddy skipping out on anything. Roddy did what he was scheduled to do and was nothing but a professional and wonderful person to meet.

Someone obviously has some personal problem. I just wanted to clear the air.

4. IWF Tag Team Champions Justin Corino & Frank Scoleri defeated Kareem West & Mike Jenkins to retain the titles.

5. Franciz w/ Commissioner Rich Ross defeated Antonio Rivera.

6. Biggie Biggs defeated Evan Schwartz and Dan Marques in a Triple Threat Match.

7. IWF Heavyweight Champion Tony Torres wrestled American Champion Kevin Knight to a no contest when guest referee Fred Sampson attacked both men and joined The Ross Family.

2) Robbie Ellis used the Burning Hammer to beat Hydra.

3) The Colony (Fire Ant & Soldier Ant & Worker Ant) won a trios match over Shane Storm & Player Uno & Stupified [IWS] when Fire Ant pinned Stupified.

4) Fight Sports Midwest presents the Tex Arkana Title Match: Bryan Alvarez (of Figure 4 fame) used a superkick to defeat Larry Sweeney and win the title!

5) Delirious & Cheech & Cloudy won out over El Pantera [IWRG] & MIYAWAKI [K-Dojo] & Passion Hasegawa [Toryumon] when Delirious pinned Hasegawa.

6) Mike Quackenbush & Helios & Trik Davis (subbing for an absent Jigsaw) defeated the trio of Shayne Hawke & The Osirian Portal (Ophidian & Amasis) when Helios landed a Cancun Tornado Press on Amasis.

7) Falls Count Anywhere: Eddie Kingston beat Hallowicked, pinning him after a backfist.

8) Lucha de Apuesta (Mask vs. Hair): Lince Dorado defended his mask and won the hair of Mitch Ryder, following a Shooting Star Senton. Dorado, seriously injured in the final moments of the match, was taken to nearby Jefferson Hospital, where he was examined and released about 2 hours later. He is in good spirits and recovering at the moment from his concussion. Due to the circumstances following his injury, we decided it was inappropriate for the event to continue, and the evening's final match will be rescheduled as soon as possible.
