1. Christian Abel defeated Hunter Matthews w/Duh Yeager

2. Dan Lawrence defeated Mason Beck

3. Montoya X and AJ Smooth beat Woody McGuire and Bobby Dahl to become the new #1 contenders to the Tag Team Titles

4. Marek Brave w/Mason Back beat Mic Mayhem

5. Danny Daniels and Trik Davis defeated The Right Stuff

6. Tyler Black defeated Krotch to retain the SCW World Heavyweight Title

7. Booger and Johnny Wisdom went to a double countout

8. Shane Hollister defeated Chris Hero

The show ended with Mark Storm (the owner of SCW) quitting the promotion in order to get his wife back, who had been kidnapped by Marek Brave at a prior show. Brave did not give back Storm's wife, but Storm had back up in former WWE developmental talent, and former SCW wrestler Keith "Venom" Walker. Marek Brave got away with Storm's wife. And that was that.

CHIKARA DVD's on sale at Smart Mark Video today!

Gang, if you've been holding off on completing your collection of 2007 CHIKARA titles, delay no further. Until midnight tonight, Smart Mark Video is hosting a sale on their entire catalog, even the most recently released CHIKARA discs! If you're looking for something to give for the holidays, here's a quick look at the back nine of our 6th season:

"Showdown in CrisisLand" - Our Connecticut debut show was a raging success, thanks in large part to 8 great matches that helped introduce a lot of new fans to the world of CHIKARA. Breakout performances by Lince Dorado, Shayne Hawke, Tim Donst and Los Ice Creams accent a bulging card with perennial favorites ranging from Hallowicked to Hydra. Witness the in-ring debut of Ophidian and search for the hidden easter eggs on each disc from the likes of the Blue Ninja and the Turtle himself. A great jumping-on point for the new CHIKARA fan.

"Maximum Overdraft" - Hailed by CHIKARA fans worldwide as a top-notch show, the card includes the CHIKARA debuts of Black Tiger (New Japan) and the Briscoe Brothers (ROH), as well as backstage interviews, a bonus match, and comes complete with 10 total bouts featuring CHIKARA regulars like Mike Quackenbush, Claudio Castagnoli, Eddie Kingston and The Colony, with appearances by frequent guests El Pantera, Billy Roc, Daizee Haze and 2.0. Best of all, marvel at the grace and poise of La Parkita (the original) in action against psuedo-mini-luchador Payaso del Futuro in what is sure to top Meltzer's list of all-time greats.

"International Invaders" Weekend - On August 17 and 18, wrestlers from around the globe made special appearances at CHIKARA - like British high-flyer Pac, All Japan Pro Wrestling rookies Brute Issei & Akira Raijin and Mexican soccer-loving goats Las Chivas Rayadas. The result was two cards jam-packed with action, featuring Los Ice Creams in their title bid against F.I.S.T., the ultimate fate of Ricochet decided in singles competition with Chuck Taylor, and to the chagrin of Chris Hero, an unlikely luchador shows he too has learned the secret of the CHIKARA Special. A list of the weekend's highlights would have to include the first-ever meeting of Claudio and Pac, as well as the epic, face-wrecking confrontation between Tim Donst and Brodie Lee's boot.

"Cibernetico and Robin" - The single best-selling CHIKARA event of 2007, the 4th annual torneo cibernetico has something for everyone, as a squad of 8 luchadores under Lince Dorado collides with Mitch Ryder's massive Kings of Wrestling, in the stable's final outing, and implosion. A stacked undercard with all your favorites contains fan favorite matches between Cheech & Cloudy and the Olsen Twins, as well as The Colony vs. BLK Out and Incoherence facing The Order of the Neo Solar Temple. The biggest live crowd in CHIKARA history was on hand for this great show, which also features the debuts of Magno and the original Mistico from Mexico, Incognito.

"Bruised" - When you've got show titles like we do, it's rare that the name fits the event - but if you ask Tim Donst, the show was named for him. This event contains his epic rematch with Eddie Kingston, a horrifying beatdown on Lince Dorado courtesy of Mitch Ryder and his leather belt, the first singles encounter between ex-stablemates Chuck Taylor and Claudio Castagnoli, all topped off with the historic title win in the evening's main event by Delirious and Hallowicked! Nine matches in all, plus the usual array of extras and backstage hoo-ha, featuring a short documentary from WoodShop films on our August event "Maximum Overdraft."

"New Star Navigation '07" - The rookies showed their stuff in our final Barnesville event, as the upperclassmen called out the junior squad for seven matches in all, featuring up-and-comers like Fire Ant, Amasis, Lince Dorado, Tim Donst, Ophidian, Soldier Ant and more locking horns with Brodie Lee, Crossbones, Kageki Pro's Dragon Yuki and more! Besides the challenge of the underclassmen, Larry Sweeney gets his comeuppance at the hands of Claudio Castagnoli, and the familiar-looking Helios makes his shocking debut in the title upset of the CHIKARA year! Included in the ample bonus features is CHIKARA's brief mention in a segment of MTV News! Seriously!

Season Finale Weekend - Our 6th and most succesful season to date came to a close over November 16 - November 18, and three fully-loaded releases document the must-see finale weekend. In our final Reading event, "The Battle of Who Could Care Less," we say goodbye to the dank Coliseum with a card that had the crowd rocking from the opening match. With appearances by guest stars Robbie Ellis, MIYAWAKI, Portia Perez, El Pantera, Passion Hasegawa, and then some, this 10-match card is a fitting farewell to one of our regular haunts. The "Grand Theft Auto" inspired cover is the creation of CHIKARA fan Michael Irizarry, Jr.!

The next night, we threw "The Sordid Perils of Everyday Existence" in Hellertown, and longtime fans are hailing this as the sleeper hit of the season, a loaded line-up with regulars ranging from The Colony to F.I.S.T. is accented by the debut of Canadian high-flyer Stupified! Fan-favorite matches contained herein like Claudio Castagnoli's first singles match with MIYAWAKI, that earned both men a long standing ovation, and the incredible title match that saw Incoherence take on long-time allies Cheech & Cloudy in a 3-fall affair that might well have re-set the standard for CHIKARA title bouts! Plus, a bonus match, bonus podcasts, and the face of Equinox revealed!

Last, but not least, comes "Chapter 11," as we flirt with bankrupcy to present eight epic matches in the mighty CHIKARA manner! Four different trios matches plainly display why CHIKARA is at the forefront of multiple-man matches in North America - with action the likes of which you simply can't see anywhere else. Witness - Robbie Ellis unleash the fury of the Burning Hammer! Shudder - as bodies meet concrete in the Falls Count Anywhere match between Hallowicked and Eddie Kingston! Gasp - as Lince Dorado lays it all on the line and wins the hair of Mitch Ryder! As if that's not enough, there are special video presentations recapping some of 2007's biggest rivalries included for your viewing pleasure, as well as the in-ring debut of Figure Four Weekly's Bryan Alvarez!
