WWE's Tribute to the Troops doesn't air in Australia; Best of '07 instead

Just thought I would pass on that here in Australia, our RAW broadcast was not the Tribute to the Troops, but instead a Best of RAW 2007 was shown instead.
Not sure if it was WWE's decision or our cable providers.
