TNA World Champion Kurt Angle ordered to stand trial on ''DUI'' charges
On Wednesday, January 16, 2008 at 1:43 AM EST The Wrestling Observer is reporting that Pittsburgh District Court Judge Mary Murray has ordered TNA World Champion Kurt Angle to stand trial on charges of driving under the influence and careless driving following a preliminary hearing on Tuesday.
A report by local television station WTAE featured comments from Angle's attorney Mike Santicola, with Santicola arguing that the case shouldn't have to continue based on the testimony of a witness who herself is facing a current DUI charge.
