On Wednesday, February 27, 2008 at 3:30 PM EST PWInsider is reporting that the 2/25 edition of WWE Monday Night Raw drew a final 3.5 cable rating. The first hour drew a 3.38, while the second hour drew a 3.56. This is quite a drop from last week's strong 4.0 rating, indicating that any post-No Way Out interest has apparently wore off.
