Wrestling manager Playboy Gary Hart dies at 66
EULESS, Texas (AP) - The man known to professional wrestling fans as wrestler and manager "Playboy Gary Hart" has died.

The Tarrant County Medical Examiner's Office says Gary Richard Williams of Euless died of heart disease Sunday in a Bedford hospital.

The Evansville, Indiana, native's career spanned four decades. World Wrestling Entertainment says he began wrestling in the 1960s as an in-ring competitor in Illinois and Wisconsin. He went on to manage famed wrestlers Bruiser Brody, Abdullah the Butcher, Gentleman Chris Adams and others.

World Wrestling Entertainment credits Williams with propelling wrestling to national and international heights. That was by establishing a rivalry between the famed Von Erich wrestling family of Dallas and the Fabulous Freebirds.
