PWInsider is reporting that former TNA star Konnan has served the company with a lawsuit in regards to his departure from the company in June of 2007 and their treatment towards him dealing with health issues including a hip replacement.

While TNA did lend Konnan money for the operation, it led to Konnan learning that he also needed a kidney transplant. Konnan underwent the transplant procedure after a fan donated his kidney.
