PWS Majestic Mayhem Results & Response to Rumors
http://www.ProWrestlingSyndicate.com

Pro Wrestling Syndicate held its fourth live event, Majestic Mayhem on March 22 at The Yonkers PAL Building in Yonkers, NY in front of 448 paying fans.

* PWS originally booked Sabu, but received a call at 9 am saying he was still banged up & had missed his flight. He was still going to appear, but no flights would have brought in Sabu prior to 11:58 pm
* PWS contacted several other talents about appearing at the event, including former ECW Champion Steve Corino who was to be at the event as a surprise but pulled off after his wife fell ill.
* PWS ran a matchup between Sandman and Commissioner Necro Butcher, the first time ever.

The event opened with a Majestic 12 qualifying match between former Deep South standout Tommy Suede and international star Azrieal. Suede won to advance into the tournament.

Adam Flash came to the ring and issued a challenge to any PWS wrestler. A back conveyor door opened and in came a 2008 Yellow Lambourgini driven by Paul E Normus, along with Rocksha! Due to Rocksha's suspension, he was not allowed at ringside. Paul E Normus picked up the win.

Next began the Majestic 12 Tournament. This round consisted of three tag team matches (partners chosen at random) with the winners facing each other in singles action in Round 2.

ROUND ONE:
* Teddy Hart/Jack Evans defeated Trent Acid/Ruckus
* "M Dogg 20" Matt Cross/Devon Moore defeated Danny Demanto/Sonjay Dutt
* Jerry Lynn/Kenny Omega defeated Tommy Suede/Kevin Matthews

* Alexa Thatcher pinned Angelina Love

ROUND TWO:
* Jack Evans defeated Teddy Hart by countout in a 30 minute match up that had fans on their feet throughout and received chants including "this is awesome", "five star match", and "vince screwed up" amongst other things. Following, Hart shook hands with Evans and thanked the fans for their support. Teddy thanked PWS for 'having the balls' to put him and Jack against each other.
* Devon Moore defeated "M-Dogg 20" Matt Cross
* Kenny Omega defeated Jerry Lynn

* Commissioner Necro Butcher came into the ring and issued a challenge to The Sandman. Sandman defeated Necro Butcher.

FINALS:
A Three-Way match between Jack Evans, Devon Moore, and Kenny Omega. A few minutes into it, Omega injured his knee on the leg of a table, but continued on. Omega and Moore teamed up on Evans and locked in a double submission forcing Evans to tap. Commissioner Necro Butcher entered and said Evans was eliminated and restarted the match as a 1-on-1 between Moore and Omega. Due to Moore taking severe punishment earlier and Omega's injured knee, a superplex kept both wrestlers down for the 10 count for a double knock out. Commissioner Necro Butcher came out again, attempting to restart the match. But Moore escaped into the locker room. Omega issued an Iron Man Match challenge to Moore for the PWS Title at the next live event in May.

OTHER NOTES:
* Jim Powers and Romeo Roselli were on hands signing autographs. Ox Baker, being brought in by "M&J Autographs" was unable to attend due to a work conflict.
* Several wrestlers including Nunzio, Fred Sampson, and Grim Reefer attended the event.
* Despite reports, Jac Sabboth was not selling any bootleg merchandise at the event.

PWS's live event schedule for May will be announced this week, which will include MORE THAN ONE EVENT.

The Global Wrestling Alliance proudly presents "The Ultimate Test" on Saturday Night, May 3rd. in Lima,Ohio at the UAW Hall at 1440 Bellefontaine Ave.

The intensity level between the Global Wrestling Alliance and WAR Wrestling went to a whole new level when the GWA promoter, Dusty Dillinger "declared" himself the WAR Wrestling Champion on the March 8th event. This did not set well with "Metal Head" Steve Stone or "Bad Attitude" Brian Beech. As Steve Stone was the last recognized champion of WAR Wrestling and never lost the belt.

So now on May 3rd, WAR Wrestling is bringing in former WWE Superstar Andrew "Test" Martin to go one on one with Dusty Dillinger in another GWA vs WAR match up. Dusty Dillinger also has went on record and said he plans on announcing a new GWA commissioner and is also bringing in a "GWA enforcer" to watch his back and protect the champion.

All tickets are just $10 advanced at Rigali's Pizza Village or at the door.
