Report: TNA files a complaint in U.S. District Court over Konnan's lawsuit
On Friday, March 28, 2008 at 6:00 PM EST The Hollywood Reporter has a blog up at this link looking at the lawsuit Konnan served TNA Wrestling recently.
The blog noted that TNA has filed a complaint in the U.S. District Court to stop Konnan's lawsuit against the company for racial discrimination and not providing "proper trainers resulting in chronic renal failure due to his ingestion of performance enhancing drugs."
Another interesting aspect of the story is that TNA noted Konnan signed a contract with the company stating that he agreed to accept responsibility for any injuries from wrestling and also agreed not to file any lawsuit for damages arising from his participation in professional wrestling.
