The Global Wrestling Alliance proudly presents "The Ultimate Test" on Saturday Night, May 3rd. in Lima,Ohio at the UAW Hall at 1440 Bellefontaine Ave.

The intensity level between the Global Wrestling Alliance and WAR Wrestling went to a whole new level when the GWA promoter, Dusty Dillinger "declared" himself the WAR Wrestling Champion on the March 8th event. This did not set well with "Metal Head" Steve Stone or "Bad Attitude" Brian Beech. As Steve Stone was the last recognized champion of WAR Wrestling and never lost the belt.

So now on May 3rd, WAR Wrestling is bringing in former WWE Superstar Andrew "Test" Martin to go one on one with Dusty Dillinger in another GWA vs WAR match up. Dusty Dillinger also has went on record and said he plans on announcing a new GWA commissioner and is also bringing in a "GWA enforcer" to watch his back and protect the champion.

All tickets are just $10 advanced at Rigali's Pizza Village or at the door.

IWS sent this in:

Kevin Steen is the NEW IWS Champion (3rd Time Champ)
Twiggy FINALLY wins Tag Team Titles with Unexpected Partner

By tradition, International Wrestling Syndicate Main Events have only ever had one rule: ???There Are No Rules!??? In that kind of environment, virtually any weapon can be used??? and has been. You would think that chair-shots, sometimes as common as punches, would have lost the capacity to shock.

Still, when the man wielding the chair is Max Boyer, the IWS Canadian Champion, the self-proclaimed ???Best Technical Wrestler in Canada??? and when the target is the 2007 Quebec Wrestler of the Year (and IWS Champion) El Generico???s exposed knee ??? caught on a turn-buckle after a failed Yakuza kick (aimed at Mr. Wrestling Kevin Steen)??? yes, shock is possible.

The worst part for Max Boyer is that he crossed a line that he vowed never to even approach and for nothing. Oh sure, he can boast that he made an injured El Generico tap to a half Boston Crab, but what good is knocking down the tree with no referee to hear it? The end result of Max Boyer???s crime? He was on the outside of the ring looking on helplessly as the injured El Generico tapped to Kevin Steen???s Sharpshooter making Mr. Wrestling IWS Champion for the third time. (Steen was unaware of the chair shot.)

Know Your Enemies Detailed Results

Noted wrestling buff, Sir Isaac Newton, once observed that any action will produce an equal and opposite reaction. While Sir Isaac was referring to the laws of physics, the same holds true for what takes place in the squared circle: Violence leads to Violence; Injustice leads to Revenge; Wounds lead to Scars and in the IWS, when you are scarred, you are Scarred For Life.

April 26th Hardcore Soldiers!

Action: Max Boyer tries to cripple El Generico to become the IWS Champion.

Reaction: Next month, Max Boyer is contractually obligated to make one of his infrequent defences of his IWS Canadian Title. There are many wrestlers who want a crack at winning that title, but someone just cut to the front of the line. Hey Max, get ready to learn how to say OLE! through a broken jaw!

*****

Action: Speaking of sore jaws??? Despite losing his match to Jimmy K, EXesS was so damn stiff with the 2007 IWS Rookie of the Year that he knocked a tooth clean out of Jimmy???s mouth.

As you can see here:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6spwaSYn3qM

Reaction: Jimmy K won the right in January to challenge for the IWS Title any time he wants. Jimmy???s original plan was to prove to himself and everyone else that he deserved a title shot, to pay his dues. I can???t EXACTLY translate what James said back stage, holding his tooth in his hand and cursing a Joual blue streak a mile a minute. The gist was, ???I could chalice paying my dues. This (holding up tooth) This is my dues paid in host-ing full. I???m taking my damned to hell title shot next sepulchred month.???

Anglos swear about sex. Quebecois swear about religion. It???s a thing.

*****

Action: Twiggy gives up any hope of ever winning the IWS Tag Team Title Belts and concentrates on preventing 2.0 from winning them.

Reaction: Twiggy screws 2.0 from winning the belts??? by winning the belts himself in the oddest way. After the IWS Champions, the Super Smash Brothers eliminated the Untouchables fair and square, the Unsportsmanlike Italians stuck around to help 2.0 eliminate the Super Smash Brothers. This left 2.0 free and clear to return to ???The Promised Land??? by pinning the out-numbered and out-gunned Twiggy, but the IWS loveable underdog stayed alive until he was saved by Franky the Mobster who charged the ring to save Twiggy and earn one half of the IWS Tag Team Titles.

*****

Action: Twiggy and Franky the Mobster screw 2.0 and win the IWS Tag Team Title Titles.

Reaction: 2.0, the Rembrandts of the Rulebook, invent a bogus excuse to give them first crack at Twiggy and Franky???s gold, on the grounds that ???the belts were stolen??? (Jagged) ???by Franky???s blatant cheating!??? (Shane Matthews)

Personally, I think they just swiped a signed, blank contract from Uncle Manny???s desk.

*****

Action: Beef Wellington, once again, did some extra-curricular mike work before putting away the all-heart, no brains Santino. Like last month, Beef verbally attacked Eddie Kingston for putting on a Dance, Dance Revolution demonstration in the IWS ring against Franky the Mobster instead of a match - when he was in Montreal last year.

Reaction: A certain Mr. Kingston contacted me to let me know that he has in fact heard Beef???s remarks and he will be driving up to Montreal on April 26th to deliver ???a forceful rebuttal.??? ???Tell Beef that I am leaving my dancing shoes in Philly, but my ass-kicking boots??? they are packed for Montreal!???

*****

Action: Despite Jake Matthews walking out on their match, the Green Phantom was able to grind out a victory against the rookie team of Marko Estrada and Mr. Suave Josh Aero.

Reaction: According to the stipulations of the match, the Green Phantom and ???Paranoid??? Jake Matthews will be allowed to fight. The IWS Hardcore Hero against one of the most deadly, experienced and frankly CRAZY heavyweights in Quebec history?

SEND! MORE! REFS!

*****

Action: Kenny the Bastard failed to show up for his match against new IWS heavyweight Samson.

Reaction:A pissed off Samson attacked IWS referee Yan, pulled out a hangman???s noose and suspended Yan over the top ropes by his neck while the IWS Hardcore Soldiers chanted ???Hang Yourself!??? at Samson.

Ironically, this lead directly to Max Boyer failing to win the IWS Title as normally Yan would have been the back-up for IWS junior official Seth. When Max took out Kevin Steen prior to clamping on the half Boston crab on El Generico, Seth was temporarily stunned as well and Yan was not available to run into the ring and declare Max the winner.

*****

Action: Fred la Merveille buoyed by the success of his beloved Montreal Canadiens (In the playoffs! First place in the EAST! KNOCKING FURIOUSLY ON WOOD!) was able to beat his former prot??g?? the (Not Really A) Superstar Shayne Hawke.

Reaction: Hawke???s occasional tag team partner EXesS is growing a little impatient with Hawke???s string of failures. Of course, EXesS??? definition of success is not exactly the same as yours and mine. Losing to Fred is just barely acceptable, but not injuring Fred in the process is just slacking.

Does this mean EXesS will be taking a certain Maudit Roux to the woodshed? I live in hope!
