Hi, I'm writing to you guys as promised with my perspective of TNA's Fanfest on April 12,2008 from Lowell, MA.
First off it was broken into 3 seperate sessions with 10 separate tables, some with 2 or 3 superstars per table. During the first session the longest line was for Samoa Joe/Kevin Nash and Kurt Angle. I got in the Nash/Joe line and waited an hour til I got their autographs and an 8 by 10 of Joe that I got signed.
I bought a TNA t-shirt which I ended up getting 38 signatures on, bought a Lockdown t-shirt, and I got a cool looking camo TNA hat which I got 7 signatures on. I got in pics with Samoa Joe, Roxxi, Angelina Love and Velvet Sky (both in one photo) Dixie Carter (she was so nice), Don West and Mike Tenay (both in one photo) D-Von from 3D, Matt Morgan, Homicide from LAX, Christian, Traci Brooks and Jackie Moore (I was actually in all the pics with them).
I even saw Dustin Rhodes at the bar without his Black Reign gimmick and makeup and I got his autograph, even Abyss was at the bar (he wasn't at the fanfest autograph portion) and I also got autographs from all of them.
The fans were pretty into it and 3D came out and said Red Sox suck, Go Yankees and got a pretty loud Yankess suck chant in return from the hyped up crowd. All the superstars were very nice, liked to answer questions and Samoa Joe even told me thanks for coming out and he really appreciates it. He such an awesome guy. They were all so nice and I got so many pictures and autographs. Icould go on and on. Jeremy Borash stated they would like to come back to the Boston area again sometime as well. I had such an awesome time going to my first TNA Fanfest. But, Lockdown is tonight and I'm ready! JOE JOE JOE!
