TNA Impact Tapings for April 24 (Sacrifice PPV card - title match)

The following took place on Wednesday in Orlando, FL.

TNA Impact Tapings for April 24:

- Booker T apologized to Sting for what happened last week and this set up Booker T & Sting vs. Robert Roode & James Storm later in the night.

- Jim Cornette announced a tag team title tournament called the Deuces Wild tournament for the vacant TNA Tag Team Titles. The finals will take place at the Sacrifice PPV. There will be four regular tag teams and eight singles wrestlers put together to make four other teams. The regular tag teams will start the tournament. You aren't alone if you are confused as well.

- Team 3D defeated Black Reign & Rellik.

- Christian Cage & Rhino defeated The Motor City Machineguns to advance in the tag team title tournament.

- Jim Cornette brought out all the TNA Knockouts and announced a Makeover Battle Royal for the Sacrifice PPV. It starts as a Battle Royal and then turns into a ladder match. The winner gets a title shot and the loser gets their head shaved.

- Booker T & Sting defeated Robert Roode & James Storm.

- Samoa Joe defeated Kurt Angle to retain the TNA World Title. Scott Steiner interfered hitting Angle with a pipe after a referee bump. It was announced that the main event at Sacrifice will now be Joe vs. Angle vs. Steiner for the TNA World Title.
