Commissioner Idol Righting Wrongs
It is time to "right a wrong!"
Pro Wrestling Unplugged invited out the 9 finalists from last year's Commissioner Idol competition to get a second chance at becoming PWU's Commissioner!
This time the right person WILL be crowned!
If the 9 finalists are at PWU's "Family Reunion" event on July 26th at the World Gym, they will be asked over the railing and into the ring for a second chance! If one of those finalists cannot make the event but are interested in staying in the running please contact info@prowrestlingunplugged.com.
But on July 26th there WILL BE a NEW Commissioner and it WILL be decided by YOU!

CHIKARA: "Rey de Voladores" high-flyer tournament takes shape!
In the month of May, CHIKARA is going to gather up 8 of the world's finest high-flying wrestlers, and put them together in a mini-tournament we call "Rey de Voladores" (that's Spanish for "King of Flyers")! Last week, we confirmed our own Lince Dorado as the first official entry into RdV. Dorado made it to the finals of last year's tournament, where he met defeat at the hands of Chuck Taylor. Then,we added another talented aerialist to the line-up, in our own Young Lions Cup champion Helios. On Friday, we made official the participation of the Original Mistico of Mexico: Incognito. Like Lince Dorado, he is one-third of this year's King of Trios, and this experienced luchador is a flyer of the highest calibre. His gravity-defying offense impressed not just the loyal members of the CHIKARMY, but the Director of Fun as well.
Today, we add one more to this impressive list: Stupified! The agile Canadian, and frequent partner of Player Uno, returns to the CHIKARA fold in search of singles glory - and he'll have his work cut out for him. He's slotted in the same 4-way opening round match as Incognito, the man who pinned him back at King of Trios in March.
"Rey de Voladores" matches will take place at our first two events in the month of May - that's May 17 in Hellertown and May 18 in Philadelphia. Fans attending our May 18 card will have the option to stay at the Alhambra to watch WWE pay-per-view event "Judgment Day" immediately following our live event, and we'll announce more details as we get them from our pals at the New Alhambra. Fans who bring along their ticket stub from the final PWU show will get a $5.00 discount on their admission to the CHIKARA show, and can watch the PPV for free! Beat that!
