Adamle & Tazz walk out looked at as shoot by some + next week's ECW
On Wednesday, April 30, 2008 at 4:06 PM EST According to a report by PWInsider, when both Mike Adamle and Tazz walked out during the main event of last night's ECW on Sci Fi broadcast, neither returned backstage. A number of WWE wrestlers reportedly thought Adamle was fired on the spot by Vince McMahon until the article on WWE's website went up promoting the situation.
At this point it remains to be seen how the company will handle the angle and who will call next week's episode of ECW in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
On a related note, next week's edition of ECW on Sci Fi is the 100th episode of the series on the network. Already being promoted for the show includes Tommy Dreamer vs. Mike Knox in an Extreme Rules match and Armando Estrada vs. Colin Delaney with Delaney earning an ECW contract on the line.
