This August: PWO Comes to Plain Dealer Pavilion!
IT’S OFFICIAL: PWO COMES TO THE PLAIN DEALER PAVILION THIS AUGUST!
Fans in attendance at PWO’s most recent live event were treated with a bombshell of a news story: Pro Wrestling Ohio has begun plans to stage it’s largest and most extravagant event ever, and for an occasion this special, a special location was needed.
As a result, PWO is proud to announce that this August, Pro Wrestling Ohio will indeed debut at the Plain Dealer Pavilion in Cleveland, Ohio!
Furthermore, in a story that was hinted at at our last live event as well, there will be more than one special guest from outside the PWO roster on hand to partake in the festivities. While the identity of these persons has been shrouded in mystery, rumors say we can expect confirmation on these individuals within the next few weeks! Who could be joining PWO at the Pavilion? A legend from wrestling’s past? A rising star of today? A former champion? There’s only one way to find out.

CHIKARA: 7 names confirmed for May's "Rey de Voladores" tourney!
In the month of May, CHIKARA is going to gather up 8 of the world's finest high-flying wrestlers, and put them together in a mini-tournament we call "Rey de Voladores" (that's Spanish for "King of Flyers")!
Today, we add a relative unknown to the RdV equation. Independent upstart TJ Cannon will make his CHIKARA debut in Hellertown on May 17th, and he'll have his work cut out for him when he arrives. Cannon will debut in a 4-way elimination match that will see him take on established stars Helios, Psycho and Lince Dorado!
Previously, we've named six of the eight participants including:
-Psycho, of the Kaientai Dojo, makes his U.S. debut
-Lince Dorado, one-third of the 2008 King of Trios
-Helios, our reigning Young Lions Cup champion
-Incognito, one-third of the 2008 King of Trios
-Stupified, the frequent partner of Player Uno
-Turboman, of Dragon Gate, known as "Turbo" in Mexico
On Friday, we'll announce the final participant. "Rey de Voladores" matches will take place at our first two events in the month of May - that's May 17 in Hellertown and May 18 in Philadelphia. Fans that purchase a ticket to our May 18 card can stay at the Alhambra after the show to watch WWE pay-per-view event "Judgment Day" at no extra cost! Ya can't beat that!

...Now onto "Urban Justice"...General Manager Shane Douglas set some people straight at Warfare along with laying down the law for anyone else that gets out of line....He was also heard promising the fans that UCW will be back May 31st. with even BIGGER surprises...as he is starting to contact some of his former known cohorts to come in and create the most unstoppable sports entertainment team from a marketing standpoint to in ring entertainment, that will be a force to be reckoned with... putting UCW in the same leagues as all the other big boys!!!!
After seeing exactly what the crowd at Warfare was highly entertained by, the first call he placed was to one of the most innovative and underrated high flying technician's ever to grace a ring...thats right folks... "JERRY F'n LYNN !!!" Shane Douglas has put Jerry in a match facing the "All Around Athlete" Scorpio Sky..knowing these two will truly "bring it" to the fans, making this match worth the price of admission alone :)

After "The Ultimate Test" explosion on May 3rd, both the Global Wrestling Alliance & Wrestling And Respect have crossed the line of no return. People are wanting to see what is in store next time. The buzz surrounding these events is at a all time high with fans standing in line since 3:30pm. The UAW Hall was jammed packed for "The Ultimate Test".
Now the next installment of the GWA / WAR battle will be June 28th at the UAW Hall in Lima, Ohio. This will be "Fan Appreciation Night" aka "Free For All" with everyone getting in FREE!!! You must have a ticket to enter building. NO Exceptions. Tickets will be available starting May 31st at Rigali's Pizza Village.
Come see the aftermath of the new GWA Commissioner having the WAR owner arrested and also firing him in the process. Come see if "Metal Head" Steve Stone can get his stolen belt back from Dusty Dillinger. Will the Old School Empire take their angry out on the rookies once again and make them pay their dues in the world of pro wrestling?
