WWE held it's 2008 Stockholders Meeting on Friday morning. During the meeting, Vince McMahon made these announcements:
This year's Tribute To The Troops special will air on NBC, likely in prime time.
MyNetworkTV will air a 1-hour recap of WrestleMania 24 as part of Smackdown's premiere on the network. The recap special features clips of WrestleMania 24 set to music.
Umaga will be switching brands shortly.
Vince also talked about the Benoit tragedy, congress investigating wrestling, dealing with the media, WWE's expansion, switching to HD, the brand extension and future WrestleManias.
