John Cena talks about The Rock and everyone thinking he is on steroids
On Friday, May 16, 2008 at 6:25 PM EST John Cena made an appearance on "Opie & Anthony" earlier this morning and was asked about his comments towards Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson a few months ago in The Sun.
Cena said that his "beef" with Rock was that he never officially said he was going to leave the wrestling business behind and that makes his job harder because nobody believes him when he states he will never leave the business if he gets success elsewhere such as in acting.
Cena said this was similar to the way in which nobody believes he doesn't do steroids because fans have "pre conceived notions." He said the proof that he doesn't use steroids is that he has remained the same size even as other wrestlers bodies have gotten smaller over the years.
