According to WTSB Radio, WWE star Gregory Helms was served with a criminal summons last Thursday and charged with assault and battery stemming from an incident a few weeks ago at a bar in Smithfield. Helms was not taken into custody, but he was ordered to appear in court on July 8 to face misdemeanor charges.
