Dr. Phil Astin III given a ''175-count indictment'' over prescribing drugs
On Thursday, May 29, 2008 at 6:58 PM EST The Wrestling Observer is reporting that Dr. Phil Astin III has been given a 175-count superseding indictment for over prescribing drugs and prescribing drugs without medical need. According to reports, all the patients were only given initials, but there are indictments for prescribing drugs to a CMB (Christopher Michael Benoit).
